QY30K5-I truck crane is a classical and mature 30t product that our company has introduced in 2009. Currently aiming for laws, regulations and environmental features of Russia, configurations are extended for this crane to meets the requirements of different customers. Russian GOST and OTTC certificates are obtained successfully.
Compared with regular QY30K5-I products, system heating facilities are configured to improve low temperature adaptability of the product so that it can better meets the special requirements of different regions. Meanwhile the configuration of Euro IV engine meets the requirements for emission standard in Russia region.
Full dimension, large visual field, luxurious driver's cab and new operator's cab are adopted in QY30K5-I, the whole vehicle has beautiful outline; five-section boom of octagonal cross-section and double cylinder rope system make it have compact structure and reliable telescoping movements.
* Hydraulic driveline is adopted, stepless speed regulation of each system is available, with stable and convenient operation.
* Inserted boom head and lengthening built-in sliders are adopted, with small lifting deformation and stable telescoping.
* Built-in planetary gear reducer is used in main and auxiliary hoist systems, load sensitive filtration technology is integrated, the system is not influenced by change of loading pressure and oil pump flow, which can realize requirements of speed regulation and providing system controllability, also reduce energy consumption of hydraulic system and system heating and prolong service life of hydraulic system.
* Planetary gear reducer and normally closed brake are adopted in slewing system, spur type slewing ring is driven by the motor, buffer valve is equipped in hydraulic system, which can realized free sliding and stable inching.
* Safety devices, LMI, anti-two block, outrigger pinning device and level gauge are equipped, also illuminating devices are equipped for night operation.
* System configuration for extremely cold areas
1) Fluid heating system:
Heating systems are added in engine cooling system, fuel system and hydraulic oil system, engine coolant, fuel and hydraulic oil are heated by heat exchange function of the heater. The problem of driveline cannot work normally due to over low water temperature, wax precipitation of fuel and stiff hydraulic oil in cold environment is resolved. Adaptability range of product is increased, lowest temperature can reach -35℃.
2) Two cabs:
New type main body structure of driver's cab is adopted, sealing property and heater performance are improved, meanwhile sound insulation and noise reduction performance of driver's cab is improved by increasing insulation cotton, felted wool and asphalt slabs, providing a quite driving environment for customers.
Stereo air channel is added in operator's cab, heating power of air-conditioner is increased, which meets low temperature requirements in Russia areas.
* ABS device is added; GPS port is available; tires, lamps and glasses with E-mark are adopted, which meets certification requirements in Russia areas.
